Fun mail is always a treat to receive, and look what was waiting for me when I returned from a busy day of driving kids to and fro…

purex insiders

These boxes from Purex Insiders always hold something new to try, and to share with others.  This box was no different!  Inside was a bottle of Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap Infused with Marula Oil  (it was interesting to read about this oil)  .  We’ve had the bottle of soap at our hand washing station near the back door.  Each of us has noticed that this soap does not leave our hands feeling dry at all.  That is a big bonus in our family of allergy caused dry skin and eczema!

conditioning hand soap

This New product from Dial is infused with Marula Oil to bring nourishment and skin hydration to our hand washing experience.  Enjoy the smooth feel of Miracle Oil as you wash away dirt and germs, and enjoy the feeling of smooth, refreshed hands afterward!  I think you’ll enjoy having a bottle of this hand soap by your sink.

Check back tomorrow for a giveaway that includes a FREE PRODUCT coupon for Dial soaps!

A free product in exchange for review from Purex Insiders!

What is inside this box from Purex Insiders??

Sugar Cane Scrub Hand Soap by Dial

It is always so fun to find one of these boxes on the front porch when we arrive home in the afternoon.  My kiddos know that I am not very much into buying new products, I mostly just use the tried and true.  So receiving for review items is fun!

Sugar Cane Husk Scrub Hand Soap is one of the newest products in the Dial Soap line.  It has a soft sweet scent, and a gritty feeling from the micro scrubbers.  As we used the soap over the course of week, I noticed a lot of comments about the grittiness of the soap.  We use some homemade products, including a sugar facial scrub and I don’t ever hear anyone talk about the grittiness.  I think that for an every day, all the time use, the micro scrubbers are too much.

Another thing I noticed, very quickly is that this soap is NOT moisturizing to my skin.  With each wash my hands have felt dry and tight.  Maybe this is the kind of soap that is better suited for cleaning up from a dirty job, like gardening, not for everyday use.

If you are a regular reader of By Quiet Waters, you know that usually I have a giveaway to offer about now.  That is normally the case, but I have something brewing next week so there will not be a giveaway with this post.  Check back here, or on the facebook page, or twitter for the upcoming news.

Thanks for reading.
