Letter 3
Dearest Neema,
Greetings to you, who are much loved! In recent months I have been writing to you about your value and importance. It is my prayer that you are encouraged by these letters.
Neema, you are made in the image of God.
27 God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
When God formed your body He gave you a mind to think, eyes to see, and ears to hear. Those are things God does, He thinks, He sees and He hears!
9 He who planted the ear, does he not hear?
He who formed the eye, does he not see?
15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous
and his ears toward their cry.
God sees and God hears. If God sees you and He hears you, that means you are welcome to talk to Him. Since He already knows your thoughts, you can talk to Him honestly. You can confess your sins, you can tell Him your dreams, you can ask Him to help you. And you can thank Him for creating you and for being with you. He will hear you.
I am praying for you as you continue to know God more, and that you will grow in your understanding of how much He loves you.
