{this moment} – A Friday ritual. A single photo – capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
My Beloved Builder headed back to work Monday morning.  His plane landed in Minneapolis and about 3 hours later he calls to tell me “Canada” again.
We headed back to the airport to bring him home for the night, to pack & leave the next morning.  Since we had belt tested the Thursday before I called the DoJo and asked if we could slip in at the end of the last class and receive our new belts as a family, before Builder heads to the North once again.
 Sensei Nester awarded the belts and snapped this picture. 
Petal Rose’s belt looks blue, but she is a PURPLE belt now 🙂  The rest of us are green/high green belts.
