It’s all quiet here…

The ladies and I are HOME, and Builder is on his way, and a lot of catching up with family and old friends is happening. 
Skype, and email, and cell phones and texting are wonderful ways to stay in touch.  But, Oh, the beauty of the face of a loved one, seeing the light in their eyes, of holding a hand or hugging tight!
While all this is going on, Builder and I do have to sort through some details of life, and this post of Leanne’s made me smile.  She is  beautiful!

holy experience

It was a long drive and short flight journey, but 4 of the 5 of us has made it “home for the holidays.”  And soon Builder, Daddy, Husband will follow.  My gratitude this week is mingled with the need for grace, and prayers. 

But in it all is hopeful gratitude.  Gratitude that HE who holds all, He who has done so much, will finish what he has begun.
