Adventures in Odyssey & The Imagination Station have been mostly outgrown in our home but I decided to take a look at The Imagination Station books recently. I’ve been hearing about them in various place online and it was all good reviews.
The books are a great introduction to historical events for young readers. “Captured on the High Seas” by Marianne Hering was grabbed up quickly by one of my teens and she read the book in a sitting. She told me that for young readers she thinks the story is great. The book is noted to be for a reading level of 2.3 so it definitely was an easy read.
We’ll be offering this book to our church library and might look into purchasing more for that purpose.
This book was given to me by the Tyndale Blog Network.
